Just wanted to mention I found a couple of great creams at Sephora that have really helped with my rashes on my fast and chest. They are not to expensive as creams can be very expensive. They are called First Aid Beauty Anti Redness Serum which I put on first and then Ultra Repair Cream Intense Therapy I bought the larger size 12 ounces for 35 dollars and it feels great on your face.

Also if you can get your Doctor to give you a prescription for Clobetasol Propionate cream (a steroid cream-0.05%) I found it worked very well to clear up my rashes. Never had to use it on my face, though.
