Hi Friends,
I recently learned of a really powerful essay written by a woman named Christine Miserandino and posted on a great site called, But You Don't Look Sick.
Christine's way of explaining how her life has been changed by her illness is truly moving and really gives the reader (patient or friend of) a tangible description of life with an "invisible illness."
I have felt really empowered by having this story as a tool when having discussions about my health with family and friends and hope that you will too!
