The Myositis Association has created an Emergency Medical Form specific to Myositis.
It will tell the first responders/hospital staff about Myositis and it allows you to put your personal information on it.
You can download it, fill it in and have it all ready in case of emergency.
A friend of mine shared this in a FB group and I thought it could come in handy for some of us here.
I'll be using it!
